It's so hard to pick just one thing but I narrowed it down.
Homemade Gnocchi
You can't really go wrong with pasta made from potatoes right?
Yum!
What's your guilty pleasure or comfort food?
Two words.
FRO-YO.
What's the weirdest or craziest thing you've ever eaten?
I'm not really a fan of weird things but I have tried Escargot and Oysters.
Neither of which I was a fan of!
What food do you avoid at all costs?
Bacon.
BARF.
What meal reminds you of childhood?
This is so random, but Crescent Dogs.
My Mom used to make these for us all of the time. You cut a hot dog down the middle, stuff it with American cheese and wrap it in a crescent roll. So yummy!

Rachael Ray's White Lightning Chili
I have the recipe in a book but can't find her exact one online.
It's basically a 30 minute chili with ground turkey, green chilies, and white beans. It is so good and comforting and I look forward to making it every winter!

All the food looks so good...even the bacon. I love bacon :) My mom used to make those hot dog crescents also! They are so good!
Can you believe I have never had gnocchi? I do really love bacon though, I know, I'm gross.

gnocchi is amazing! I have heard it is easy to make, and that the instant mashed potatoes lend themselves very well. I found you on the blog hop!

I am so jealous that you can make homemade gnocchi! I love to order it at a good restaurant but the Food Network reality shows have scared me from ever making it at home!
I've never met anyone who didn't like bacon lol. I loove bacon but some brands just don't taste good to me. My mom eats turkey bacon which I hate because it doesn't taste anything like "real" bacon lol...

i am never going to rememeber this once chili season rolls around, but i have an AMAZING and super easy white chicken chili recipe from cooking light that i make all season long and it is so good i could eat the entire pot of it, which defeats the purpose of it being from cooking light, but whatever. it looks a lot like this RR one, so i bet you would love it. i hope i remember to give you the recipe......
